What is QuantaFlo?

QuantaFlo is a screening test for use during the HouseCalls visit to assist in detection of Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD).

Salaried and select APCs perform QuantaFlo testing for flagged members.

Additional actions are necessary to use the QuantaFlo application.

For log in issues, application or technical difficulties, and sensor replacements: Contact the Clinical Support Center (CSC) at 855-247-8474, Option 4.

Enter your employee ID to ensure you are routed to the appropriate HouseCalls IT specialist.

Application Log In & Initial Use:

•     For successful launch of QuantaFlo, review the instructions below:

1. Please make sure you are at your home. Do not initiate this process while in a member's home

2. Tablet should be fully charged, with stable VPN connection

3. Log In to eHouseCalls and perform synchronization. Continue until you have upgraded to the most current available version and schema. This must be completed prior to further steps

4. Download and review the QuantaFlo 5 Testing Process User Guide for eHC.

5. Complete initial Log in to Semler Shield and QuantaFlo application using credentials listed in User Guide (Optum email and MS Password)
