Dragon Medical One (DMO) is a secure, cloud-based speech recognition solution that allows clinicians to document text using voice, including within Pathway.

DMO is optional; therefore, enrollment, training, and troubleshooting is completely self-driven. Although DMO is intuitive, it is highly recommended that you complete the outlined training below, which will take less than 1 hour to complete.

    Troubleshooting

    If you are having difficulties with Dragon:

    • Go back and review the training materials.
    • If you are still having challenges, please call the Clinical Support Center at 800-385-7060, available Mon-Sat 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. CST and have your Employee ID available. The UHG Help Desk is not familiar with DMO.
